Great post Josh, as always! I have a question I've been tossing around and this post seems the perfect place to get some additional input. Here goes.Is it possible to build a community or do you attract a community. The difference may be subtle so let me clarify a little. To build a community, you have to create a collection of people with common interests where one did not exist before. To attract a community, you are creating a space where that same collection of people with common interests like to hang out.The reason I'm interested in this distinction is because I think you reach out to them in different ways. Building a community is kind of like trying to convince someone they need a new car. In traditional marketing terms your creating demand. Attracting community is recognizing that the affinity between group members already exists, you're just facilitating their meeting and interaction. Really interested to hear what you and your readers think!@jtrigsby

I wholeheartedly agree! The most successful companies have an active community. When starting a forum/blog or other social media it is important to build a community around the property.

The page was a great idea, and I can only hope that the community around it will grow exponentially.
