This is a little off of the Marketing Ideas segment but I wanted to point out that there is now a Twitter field added to the comment portion of my blog. Now when you leave a comment, you can leave your Twitter ID. This may not sound like much to most people, but I assure you when you finally do get involved with Twitter you will appreciate it. When you leave a comment with your Twitter ID it will show up along with your comment so others can follow you on Twitter and hopefully be encouraged to have multiple links pointing to wherever you want them to. Check it out, and enjoy!
*This was inspired by Problogger and his new post How I added the Twitter ID field to comments on Twitip.com

I am looking forward to adding all of the people that choose to use the new twitter field on my blog.
Twitter and other such social tools must be about conversations and not purely the acquisition of vast numbers of contacts. Link backs are great and my blog also allows them, but ultimately we must produce content that other will read and not just to produce links. Similarly tweets must be useful or else they will not be read and no relationship is nurtured.

@Mike, you are right on, I don't want to shout at people on twitter but rather build rapport and connections.
I think this is interesting idea and spreading quickly on internet, I saw today some other site using this same idea (it is now appx. 7 days of your post).
This is an revolutionary find to stay connected online with twitter.
Would like to thank for attention.
