@Rick, I think it swings both ways, you can ask to do a guest post (probably for promotion or linking purposes) or you can be asked to do a guest post. This last time I was asked to do a post. I find it is normally pretty easy to swap guest posts as it is a change of pace. @Eric, Thanks for stopping by and and asking for a post. I think Gary Vaynerchuk says it best in, â€œeverything is better than zeroâ€

@Rick – I asked Josh I think many blog authors would be open to this but most people think they would not. If you are interested as well just let me know. I do not think a portfolio is necessary as the content may get stale.
