it&#039;s a really interesting way, I haven&#039;t heard about real estate ruffle before. Interesting thing that I&#039;ve noticed in the Bay Area: when the market was doing OK, prices for houses in good neighborhoods were high in the sky. Now, when  market is down, I don&#039;t see that value for these house wend down anyhow. They are still expensive. Some people have been waiting for foreclosure in good neighborhood, but it&#039;s not gonna happen. And I guess, there is no &quot;good time&quot; for buying a house. It&#039;s always a good time for those who have money::))
