When compared to the Herman Miller Mirra Aeron, I believe this chair is much better value. I found the chair to be more comfortable, a little "softer", and had a better recline mechanism. My biggest complaint is the lack of a headrest for reclining.

Working environment really affects my mood in working. I've bought myself an office chair too but yours seems to be more comfy and huge~! I'll save $ for that

Love IT! I just started working at home about a month ago – quit the corporate scene, and love the working in the pj's thing! My boss called, for a meeting and I told him, give me 20 minutes, I need to get a shower and do some primping!

@Cromely, A used first class chair will still be comfortable I am sure.

@Layne, I almost quit my last job earlier than anticipated because of the poor seating, I actually let early one day because my back was on fire. I made arrangements to get a nice chair and was always a struggle to find it on my next shift.

@Helen, Thanks, I sure do feel comfortable with the chair. The one thing you can see is my inbox on the desk, it is sure pretty full. I need to deal with it. My goal is to keep if clean at the end of the day but usually ends up being the end of the week. That inbox is where all of my junk goes.

Many years ago, I temped for a day doing data input, but the company didnâ€™t have a proper chair for me. I spent the entire day with a screaming backache, cos I had to kind of perch on the edge of an armchair and type! I mustâ€™ve been desperate for the cash, because these days, Iâ€™d have told 'em to stuff it!

At home I work from the comfort of a wonderful black leather job that I'm very happy with, in fact, we spend so much time together, we're getting married next month!

I'll have to look at that. It's time to replace my 5 year old Costco Samsonite chair (apparently Samsonite makes chairs). Though lately I've been thinking about trying to find a used airline first class chair and use that. If I can get my hands on some old overhead bins, my office will be really awesome. I love those chairs!!! I actually did a post about them too a few months back. We came across them in a car dealership while buying a car. I wanted to negotiate for the chairs to be part of the deal. Annies last blog post..Could this have really worked?
