One thing I've seen over the past decade plus are people rushing into things (read "spending money like crazy") with little or no training to get the job done. The tendency (or rationale?)... the more money I throw at something, it's sure to be a winner, right? Wrong! That's like opting to be a brain surgeon with a middle school education!
