People not only need to be committed to their blog but to be aware of how much time they need to put in to make it worthwhile reading. Many don't appreciate how much work goes into creating them because the best bloggers make it look easy. You reap the rewards according to the effort you expend. Every bit counts no matter how small nor how long it takes to show that. Thanks for a good post. Very good analogy, Josh.
