It's people thinking out of the box that keep our country growing. Run with it. It would work in the warm areas of the country at least. Advertisers could be required to pony up for upkeep every year at a minimal cost. The only other problem that I see is who wants to deal with all of the road construction while these ads are being placed on the roads. interesting. In NY it would be difficult as our highways are covered in snow for several months a year… and then the residual salt for a while as well.

But more billboards might be an option if we can find a cheap way of doing them.

Clever idea! One think that came to mind though, is all the regulations that would end up with it like upkeep to the ads as they start deteriorating.
